Refund Policy
Your Empowered Solutions
This Refund Policy applies to all paid coaching services offered by Your Empowered Solutions (“YES,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), owned and operated by Katherine L. Clausen. This Policy does not apply to the free Solutions Session, which carries no charge and therefore no refund consideration.
By enrolling in any paid coaching package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full.
1. No-Refund Policy
All payments made to Your Empowered Solutions for coaching services are final and non-refundable.
This applies regardless of:
- Whether payment was made in full upfront or through an installment/payment plan
- The number of coaching sessions attended, used, or remaining at the time of any request
- Your reason for wanting to discontinue the coaching engagement, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with results, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, change in business or personal circumstances, or any other reason
- Whether the request is made before, during, or after the coaching engagement period
2. Installment Payment Plans
If you have selected to pay for your coaching package via an installment plan rather than in full upfront, the following applies in addition to Section 1:
- You remain contractually obligated to complete all scheduled installment payments in full, regardless of whether you continue attending or participating in coaching sessions.
- Discontinuing attendance at coaching sessions does not relieve you of your obligation to pay remaining installments, nor does it entitle you to a refund of installments already paid.
- If a scheduled installment payment fails or is not received, we reserve the right to suspend coaching services until payment is successfully processed, and to pursue collection of any outstanding balance owed.
3. No Exceptions
To maintain consistency and fairness across all clients, we do not make exceptions to this Refund Policy. This includes situations such as:
- Not completing all sessions within the coaching container due to personal scheduling
- Deciding the coaching format isn't the right fit after enrolling
- Changes in your business, financial situation, or availability
- Dissatisfaction with the pace, style, or outcome of coaching
We encourage all prospective clients to use the free Solutions Session to fully evaluate fit and ask questions before enrolling in a paid coaching package, as this is the appropriate opportunity to make an informed decision prior to financial commitment.
4. Cancellations
This Refund Policy governs the availability of refunds only. It does not address cancellation, rescheduling, or termination of the coaching relationship, which (if applicable) will be addressed separately in your individual coaching agreement or our Terms & Conditions.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider in an attempt to circumvent this Refund Policy, rather than contacting us directly, may be treated as a breach of your coaching agreement and these policies. We reserve the right to contest any such chargeback by providing evidence of the services rendered, the agreed terms, and your acceptance of this Refund Policy.
6. Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to override any non-waivable consumer protection right you may have under applicable law. If a refund is legally required in your jurisdiction under specific circumstances, we will comply with that legal requirement to the extent it applies, notwithstanding the general no-refund policy described above.
7. Acknowledgment
By submitting payment for any coaching package offered by Your Empowered Solutions, whether in full or via an installment plan, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood this Refund Policy in its entirety
- You understand that all payments are final and non-refundable
- You have had the opportunity to ask questions during your Solutions Session prior to enrolling
- You are enrolling in coaching services voluntarily and with full understanding of this Policy
